SMS Terms (WareBay Alerts Program)

These SMS Terms govern the WareBay Alerts text messaging program ("Program") offered by WareBay ("WareBay," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. These SMS Terms are part of and incorporated into our Terms of Use.

Program Description：

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from WareBay at the mobile number provided. Your Mobile Number

You agree to notify us if you change, transfer, or deactivate the mobile number used to enroll in the Program. Failure to do so may result in messages being sent to the wrong recipient.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from the Program. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message, and you will no longer receive marketing text messages from us. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications regarding orders, subscriptions, account activity, or customer service matters.

Supported Carriers

The Program may not be available on all wireless carriers. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. WareBay does not charge for the messages, but rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, to enroll in the Program.

Privacy

Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated SMS Terms become effective when posted, unless we specify a later effective date. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
