Where is my order?

How does warehouse pickup work?

If your item is eligible for pickup, you will receive pickup instructions after your order is ready. Pickup availability may vary by product and location.

How long will WareBay hold my pickup order?

Unless otherwise stated, pickup orders are generally held for up to 5 business days after the first available pickup date.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We may be able to help if the order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and include your order number and photos if possible.

Do you support bulk or business orders?
