To provide you with the most flexible shopping experience, we offer two streamlined fulfillment methods: Standard Nationwide Doorstep Delivery and Local Warehouse Pickup.
1. Standard Nationwide Shipping (Delivery to Door)
We partner with an extensive, premium network of regional freight carriers and logistics networks across the United States to bring high-quality furniture straight to your doorstep.
Shipping Fee: FREE Standard Shipping on all purchases! We provide complimentary delivery across the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses).
Order Processing & Handling: All orders are verified, securely packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment network within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated Transit Time: 3-5 business days for standard delivery to most regions. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary slightly based on local carrier schedules or extreme weather conditions.
Order Modifications/Address Changes: To ensure fast transit, our system begins preparing orders immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been transmitted to our warehouse or tracking has generated, it can no longer be modified or rerouted.
2. Local Warehouse Pickup
Because we utilize a nationwide network of deep-distribution hubs, we can bypass commercial last-mile delivery fees and pass those massive savings directly back to you! Customers who prefer to handle their own transport are highly rewarded through our All-Site Pickup Discounts.
Pickup Fee: FREE
Pickup Discount: Your extra savings will trigger automatically at checkout as soon as you select "Pick up" as your preferred delivery method instead of shipping.
Readiness Time: Orders are typically processed and ready for you within 24-48 hours after order placement.
⚠️ Essential Pickup Rules & Instructions:
Wait for Confirmation: Please do not drive to the warehouse facility until you receive your official "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email. This email contains your mandatory pickup barcode, secure release PIN, and specific warehouse hours.
Verification Required: For your cargo protection, warehouse security and staff will only release your items upon presentation of a valid photo ID matching the order details and the online barcode confirmation.
