Return Policy
At WareBay, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned with original packaging and accessories
Free from damage caused after delivery or pickup
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or special-order products
Items without original packaging (unless arrived damaged)
Gift cards
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Free Returns)
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at team@warebay.com and include:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
For all verified damaged or defective items, WareBay will bear 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a free prepaid return label.After review, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
For non-defective returns (e.g., buyer's remorse, wrong size/color ordered):Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees:We do not charge any restocking fees for standard returns.
Original shipping, delivery, assembly, or expedited service fees are non-refundable.
5. Pickup Orders
Pickup orders should be inspected before leaving the pickup location whenever possible.
Orders not picked up within the stated pickup period may be canceled and subject to a 10% storage fee.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment preparation begins.
Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
8. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return in your message.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label via email for you to download and print, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Address Notice: Please do not send your purchase back to the original shipping address on the package. All returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse address provided in our return authorization email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
